Overview

Jimvio Commerce lets merchants connect stores, sync catalog and inventory data, process orders, and optionally route fulfillment through supplier integrations. This page summarizes the data practices already stated in the Privacy Policy.

Shopify Connection

When a merchant connects a Shopify store to Jimvio Commerce OS, Jimvio acts as a processor of store data needed to operate Commerce features. Access tokens are stored encrypted server-side and are never exposed in the browser.

We request only Shopify Admin scopes required for live Jimvio Commerce features.
Order and customer contact fields used for fulfillment may include name, email, phone, and shipping address.
Shopify mandatory compliance webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are processed with HMAC verification.
Merchants can disconnect a store in Jimvio Commerce; uninstalling the app from Shopify also clears stored access tokens.

Fulfillment Suppliers

When a merchant enables supplier integration, Jimvio may share order line items, shipping destination, and tracking as needed for fulfillment. Merchants remain responsible for product legality and destination compliance under the Prohibited Products policy.

Disconnect & Deletion

Merchants can disconnect a store in Jimvio Commerce.
Uninstalling the Jimvio app from Shopify also clears stored access tokens.
Shopify mandatory compliance webhooks for customer/shop redaction are processed with HMAC verification.
