Wallet Terms consolidates rules already published in Jimvio Terms and related policies. It is provided for clarity and is not presented as a separately signed product contract until counsel approves a final version.
Overview
The Jimvio Wallet is the platform balance used for eligible payments, earnings, and payouts. Wallet use is subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Earnings / Refunds & Payouts rules published by Jimvio.
Permitted Use
- Receive eligible seller, affiliate, and campaign earnings into your wallet balance.
- Request withdrawals through supported payout methods when thresholds are met.
- Use wallet-related features only for lawful Jimvio platform activity.
Withdrawals & Payouts
- Payouts are processed on a NET-30 basis (30 days after confirmed sale).
- Minimum payout threshold: $20 USD (or local currency equivalent).
- Payout methods: Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or local mobile money (country-dependent).
- Earnings on hold pending fraud review are not eligible for payout until cleared.
- Tax withholding applies as required by your country's tax regulations.
- Failed payouts due to incorrect banking details are the account holder's responsibility.
- Jimvio does not charge a fee for standard monthly payouts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify Jimvio immediately at info@jimvio.com of any unauthorized access. KYC verification is required before receiving payouts above applicable thresholds.
Limitations
- Earnings on hold pending fraud review are not eligible for payout until cleared.
- Failed payouts due to incorrect banking details are the account holder’s responsibility.
- Jimvio may freeze or reverse wallet movements connected to chargebacks, fraud, or Terms violations.
