Youth Safety Policy consolidates rules already published in Jimvio Terms and related policies. It is provided for clarity and is not presented as a separately signed product contract until counsel approves a final version.

Age Requirements

Jimvio is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Users must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
Not be prohibited from using the platform under any local or international law.

Age-Restricted Content

Sharing adult content, explicit material, or any content involving minors is prohibited under the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Ads targeting minors are prohibited under Jimvio advertising standards.

Adult content, pornographic material, or explicit services are prohibited listings.
Alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products require age verification and local compliance where allowed at all.
Community adult-content violations may result in permanent ban.

Reporting Concerns

Use the Report button on any content, profile, or message to flag violations. For urgent safety concerns, contact safety@jimvio.com. Our moderation team reviews reports within 48 hours.
