What should I do if a button does not work?

Confirm the button is enabled, required fields are filled, and you only clicked it once.

What to do

1. Read any message next to the button.
2. Fill in missing fields.
3. Wait for the first click to finish.
4. Reload and look for the result before clicking again.

Eligibility

A disabled publish, pay, or withdraw button is usually a rule, not a broken click. Verification, stock, or balance rules can disable it.

If something goes wrong

• Double-clicking can create duplicate requests. Check the list first.
• An overlay or cookie banner can sit on top of a button.

If the button is enabled and nothing happens, ticket the page URL and button label.
