Account & Security
Registration, sign-in, verification, profile settings, and account protection.
- How do I create a Jimvio account?
Create a Jimvio account on the registration page with an email address you can access.
- How do I sign in?
Sign in from the Jimvio login page with the email and password for your account.
- How do I reset my password?
Reset your password from the Forgot password page; Jimvio emails a reset link to the address on the account.
- What should I do if I cannot access my account?
Start with a password reset to the email on the account, then contact support if you no longer control that email.
- How do I update my profile?
Update your name and profile details from Identity settings after you sign in.
- How do I change my email address?
Your sign-in email is the address on the account; change it only through the account security flow, not by editing a public profile name.
- How do I verify my account?
Verify your identity from the Identity verification page when Jimvio asks you to, and complete any business verification required for selling.
- Why might verification be required?
Jimvio asks for verification when an action needs a confirmed identity or business, such as selling physical products or receiving certain payouts.
- How do I protect my account?
Protect the account by using a unique password, keeping the email inbox private, and turning on authenticator-based sign-in where Jimvio offers it.
- What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access?
Change your password immediately, then tell support what changed that you did not do.
- How do I manage notifications?
Manage notification preferences from the notification settings page while you are signed in.
- How do I change my account settings?
Account, identity, and notification settings live in Identity settings and the settings pages linked from there.
- How do I request account deletion?
Jimvio does not offer a self-serve delete button. Request deletion by opening a support ticket while signed in to that account.
- How do I report suspicious activity?
Report suspicious activity with a support ticket that describes what you saw, without sending secrets.
- Why might an account action be restricted?
An action is restricted when the account is missing a required verification, the feature is unavailable for that account, or a review is still pending.
