Jimvio Affiliate lets you share a tracked product link and records commission when a qualifying purchase is attributed to that link.
- How do I join an affiliate program?
Use the Affiliates area while signed in. Product affiliate tools are available from the marketplace product and the link manager.
- How do I find products to promote?
Find products in the marketplace, then open that product’s affiliate tools or create the link from the affiliate link manager.
- How do I generate an affiliate link?
Affiliate tools generate a tracked short link for a product so clicks and qualifying sales can be attributed to you.
- How do tracked links work?
A tracked link records the click against your affiliate link. A later qualifying purchase can then be attributed to that link.
- What are deep links?
A deep link on a product’s promote page points at your tracked short link so the buyer lands on that product with your attribution.
- How do QR codes work?
The product promote page can show a QR code that points at your tracked short link.
- How are commissions calculated?
Each product has its own commission terms. After a qualifying order through your tracked link, commission is recorded from pending toward approved and then paid.
- Why is a commission pending?
Pending means the commission is recorded but not yet approved. Approval follows order confirmation for that sale.
- When is a commission approved?
A commission is approved when the affiliate record moves to approved after the order is confirmed. Approved earnings are then paid into your Jimvio wallet.
- Why might a commission be rejected?
A commission can be rejected when the order is canceled, returned, or not attributed to your tracked link.
- How do I track clicks and conversions?
The affiliate dashboard and link manager show clicks, conversions, and earnings for each link.
- How do I find my affiliate earnings?
Approved affiliate earnings are paid into your Jimvio wallet. The affiliate dashboard shows the commission rows behind those credits.
- How do I request a payout?
Request the payout from Wallet after approved affiliate earnings are available there.
- How do I promote products responsibly?
Promote only with your tracked link and only with claims the product page supports.
- What happens if a customer cancels or returns an order?
A canceled or returned order can keep the commission pending, reject it, or reverse an earning that was recorded.
