How do I manage digital product sales?

Digital sales appear with your other products and orders in the seller tools, including sale counts on each listing.
What to do
- Open seller products to see the listing.
- Open seller orders for each paid sale.
- Open Wallet for credited earnings.
Eligibility
A download count is not the same as a paid order. Use paid orders and wallet credits for money.
If something goes wrong
- An unpaid checkout is not a sale.
- Refunded orders should be read from the order status.
Payouts use the same wallet withdrawal flow as other earnings.
