What should I check if a stream fails to start?

Check that you are signed in, the browser allowed the camera, and the session status changes to live.
What to do
- Reload Jimvio Live.
- Allow camera and microphone for the site.
- Start the session again and wait for the live status.
- Try another browser if the control errors.
Eligibility
A failed start does not create a public stream. Recording cannot start before the room is ready.
If something goes wrong
- Corporate networks can block live video.
- An ad blocker can block the room script.
Ticket the time, browser, and any error text on the page. Do not send access tokens.
