How do customers access purchases?

Customers open the digital purchase from the account they used to pay, after the payment succeeds.
What to do
- Sign in as the buyer.
- Open Orders or the library access shown for digital purchases.
- Open the product and use the download or access link.
Eligibility
Access stays on that account. A receipt screenshot is not a second license.
If something goes wrong
- The wrong account shows an empty library.
- Pending payments do not unlock the file.
Use download failed if the button errors after a paid order.
