How does digital product delivery work?

After a successful payment, Jimvio grants the buyer access to that digital product. If the product is recurring, access follows the billing period and can end when it expires.
What to do
- The buyer pays on checkout.
- Jimvio records the payment.
- The buyer opens the purchase from their account or library access the product provides.
Eligibility
A failed or pending payment does not grant access. Sellers do not email the file manually unless the product is an access URL you control.
If something goes wrong
- If the buyer paid and cannot open the file, they should use the download-failed steps.
- Access is on the buying account, not a different login.
Sellers should confirm the file was saved on the listing before the sale.
