Which supplier integrations are currently active?

The active path is Jimvio Commerce supplier import and inventory sync, including CJ stock updates for linked variants. Older external sales-channel sync pages are not the active path.

What to do

1. Use Commerce for imports, pricing, orders, and stock.
2. Treat CJ-linked variants as supplier-synced stock.
3. Ignore retired channel-sync screens if Commerce is where your products already live.

Eligibility

A supplier that is not connected in Commerce is not an active integration for your store. Help will not list a provider as live unless the product is using it.

If something goes wrong

• Seeing a supplier name in an old menu does not mean orders still flow there.
• Admin supplier settings control platform connections and are not a buyer page.

If Commerce cannot reach the supplier, ticket the error from that page.
