How do I find my affiliate earnings?

Approved affiliate earnings are paid into your Jimvio wallet. The affiliate dashboard shows the commission rows behind those credits.
What to do
- Open the affiliate dashboard for commission status.
- Open Wallet for the balance you can withdraw.
- Match references when both pages show them.
Eligibility
Pending commissions are not wallet balance. There is no guaranteed payout amount.
If something goes wrong
- If the dashboard shows approved but the wallet does not, wait for the credit and then ticket both references.
- Another user’s earnings are not visible.
Request a payout from the wallet, not from the link manager.
