How do I view my wallet balance?

Open Wallet while signed in. The balance on that page is the balance Jimvio has recorded for you.
What to do
- Sign in and open Wallet.
- Read the available amount separately from any pending amount the page shows.
- Open a transaction if you need the reference behind a figure.
Eligibility
You can see only your wallet. Another user’s balance is never shown in support replies.
If something goes wrong
- If the wallet page is blank, refresh once and confirm you are signed in.
- A marketplace sale is not in the wallet until the credit is posted.
Use transaction history if the headline balance looks unexpected.
