What AI-powered tools are available on Jimvio?

Jimvio AI is the assistant used in the product, including the support assistant on this Help Center and the existing Jimvio AI chat. Some areas, such as Affiliates and Wallet, also have their own AI pages.
What to do
- Open Help and use Jimvio AI Support for product questions.
- Use the AI entry already shown on Affiliates or Wallet if you are in those areas.
- Treat answers as help, and confirm money, orders, and approvals in the product pages.
Eligibility
A live model answers only when the server has a configured provider key. Otherwise Help answers from the published help articles. There is no separate Product Finder, Content Drafts, Campaign Setup, Creator Search, Sales Snapshot, or Listing Helper product.
If something goes wrong
- If an AI page errors, the underlying order, wallet, or campaign page is still the record.
- AI cannot see another person’s account.
Use Create a ticket when the answer is not in the knowledge base.
