Why is a commission pending?

Pending means the commission is recorded but not yet approved. Approval follows order confirmation for that sale.
What to do
- Open the affiliate dashboard and find the commission.
- Check that the related order is still valid.
- Leave it pending until the status changes. Do not add it to a withdrawal.
Eligibility
A pending commission is not available balance. Returns or cancellations can stop it from being approved.
If something goes wrong
- Refreshing the dashboard does not approve it.
- Support cannot flip a pending commission to paid from a ticket.
If an order is confirmed and the commission never moves, ticket the order and link references.
