Payments & Payouts

What are pending, approved, available, and paid earnings?

Updated 2026-10-10

These words describe different stages, and only the status stored on the commission, campaign, or wallet row counts.

What to do

  1. Pending means recorded but not yet approved or withdrawable.
  2. Approved means the program accepted the earning. It still may need to be credited to the wallet.
  3. Available means the wallet lets you include it in a withdrawal.
  4. Paid means a withdrawal or payout status shows completion, not merely that you requested it.

Eligibility

Affiliate commissions move from pending to approved and then to paid according to that order’s confirmation. Campaign earnings follow the brief’s model after approval. There is no single platform-wide percentage.

If something goes wrong

  • Do not treat an estimate on a listing as paid earnings.
  • Support will not call an earning paid unless the record says so.

Open the wallet row or commission row when you need the current word for that amount.
