How do I create a community?

Create a community from the communities area and set its name, description, and who can join.

What to do

1. Sign in and open Communities.
2. Start a new community.
3. Save the name, description, and access you want.
4. Open the community after it is created.

Eligibility

You need a Jimvio account. Creating a community does not by itself charge members.

If something goes wrong

• If create fails, check that the name is unique enough for the form.
• A draft you did not finish will not be public.

Configure spaces and membership after the community exists.
