How do paid communities work?

A community can be free to join or paid. Paid communities use the membership price you set.
What to do
- Open community settings.
- Set a membership price if you want it paid.
- Save and join with a test only if you are willing to pay that price.
- Members get access according to the membership status.
Eligibility
Charging a price does not pay you until the membership payment is recorded and credited. Donations and the community storefront are separate commerce settings.
If something goes wrong
- A share link does not make a paid community free.
- Failed membership payment does not activate access.
