How are dropshipping orders processed?

Orders for imported products are fulfilled through the supplier connection and updated on the Jimvio order.

What to do

1. A buyer pays on Jimvio checkout.
2. The order is created for the imported product.
3. Fulfillment is handed to the supplier connection.
4. Tracking appears on the order when the supplier or fulfillment step provides it.

Eligibility

You should not ship a supplier-fulfilled item yourself unless the order says fulfillment failed and you are taking it over outside the supplier path.

If something goes wrong

• A paid Jimvio order is not the same as a supplier acceptance.
• Check Commerce for the supplier status if the buyer order looks stuck.

Use the supplier error text in a ticket if the handoff fails.
