How does supplier fulfillment work?

The connected supplier fulfills the order and Jimvio stores tracking when that step returns it.

What to do

1. Open the order in Commerce.
2. Read the supplier fulfillment status.
3. Use the tracking number on the buyer order only after it is stored.

Eligibility

Fulfillment timing is the supplier’s. Help cannot promise a ship date.

If something goes wrong

• Marking the Jimvio order shipped without a supplier shipment misleads the buyer.
• If the supplier rejects the order, follow the cannot-fulfill path.

Give buyers the Jimvio order page, not a private supplier login.
