How do I resolve a failed upload?

Retry the upload after you confirm the file finished sending and the form accepted the type.
What to do
- Check the error on the uploader.
- Use a smaller file or a type the form accepts.
- Wait until the upload shows complete before you save.
- Retry once on a stable connection.
Eligibility
Product images, digital files, and chat attachments are different uploaders. A chat limit does not define the product form.
If something goes wrong
- Closing the tab mid-upload drops the file.
- A support ticket cannot host the commercial file for you.
If a small valid file still fails, ticket the page and error text.
