How do I upload digital files?

Upload the buyer file in the digital product form, or provide an access URL the form accepts.
What to do
- Edit the digital product.
- Add the file or URL in the digital delivery field.
- Wait until the upload finishes, then save.
Eligibility
Use a file type the form accepts. Jimvio does not publish a single megabyte cap in this article because the form enforces the limit it is configured with. If a file is rejected, the form message is the limit that applies.
If something goes wrong
- A dropped connection leaves the file off the product. Retry before you submit.
- Do not attach the commercial file to a support ticket.
If every small file fails, open a technical ticket with the browser and the error text.
