How do payments work on Jimvio?

A buyer pays on Jimvio checkout, and a completed payment is recorded on the order. Seller, affiliate, and campaign earnings that are credited appear in the Jimvio wallet.
What to do
- The buyer chooses a method shown at checkout.
- The provider confirms or rejects the payment.
- The order shows the result. Wallet credits appear only when Jimvio records them.
Eligibility
Checkout can offer Flutterwave cards, mobile money, Binance Pay, NowPayments, or wallet balance when that option is enabled for the order.
If something goes wrong
- A pending provider window is not a completed payment.
- Support cannot declare a payment successful unless the order or wallet shows it.
Use the order reference or wallet transaction reference in any ticket.
