How does checkout work?

Checkout collects the order details and takes payment with a method offered on that page.

What to do

1. Review items, price, and any shipping information shown.
2. Choose one of the payment methods listed.
3. Complete the provider’s confirmation step.
4. Wait until Jimvio shows the checkout result before closing the page.

Eligibility

Card checkout uses Flutterwave. Other methods appear only when they are enabled for that order. Jimvio does not confirm a payment that the provider has not accepted.

If something goes wrong

• If you land on the checkout error page, check Orders before trying to pay again.
• Do not send card numbers to support. Use the order reference.

A successful checkout records the order. Open Orders to confirm it.
