How do I identify a seller?

The product page shows the seller or store attached to that listing.
What to do
- Open the product.
- Use the seller or store name on the page to open their storefront when a link is available.
- Check verification badges only if the page actually shows one.
Eligibility
A storefront name is not proof of business verification unless the product displays that status.
If something goes wrong
- If the seller link is missing, use the product title and order reference later if you need support.
- Do not pay a seller outside Jimvio checkout.
Report a seller concern from Help if the listing looks misleading.
