How do I import a product?

Importing a supplier product adds it to your Jimvio store so you can price it and sell it.

What to do

1. Open the supplier product in Commerce.
2. Run the import action.
3. Wait until the product appears in your store products.
4. Set your selling price before you rely on it being ready.

Eligibility

A successful import is one that appears in your catalog. A spinner that fails does not create the listing.

If something goes wrong

• If you are unsure it finished, look in your products before importing again.
• An import can fail when supplier data is incomplete.

Use the import-failed article if the product never appears.
