How do I moderate members?

Use the owner console to manage members, including the roles and removals the console offers.

What to do

1. Open the owner console members area.
2. Select the member.
3. Change the role or remove them if that action is available.
4. Confirm their access changed.

Eligibility

You can moderate only communities you manage. Platform support does not ban a member because of a private disagreement alone.

If something goes wrong

• Removing a member does not delete every message automatically unless the tool says it does.
• Banning yourself is hard to undo.
