How do I distinguish physical products from digital products?

The product type on the listing tells you whether the item ships or is delivered as digital access.
What to do
- Open the product page.
- Check whether it is marked physical or digital.
- Physical items are fulfilled by the seller or supplier. Digital items grant access after a successful payment.
Eligibility
A digital listing should not ask you to wait for a courier. A physical listing should not claim an instant download unless the page says it includes a digital file.
If something goes wrong
- If the type is unclear, do not pay and ask through a ticket with the product link.
- Checkout confirms the item you are paying for.
