What should I do if my product is not visible?

A product stays off the marketplace when it is draft, unpublished, out of stock, or blocked by verification.
What to do
- Open the listing and check its published status.
- Confirm stock is above zero for a physical item you fulfill.
- Search the exact title from a signed-out window.
Eligibility
Imported products also depend on a successful import and supplier availability.
If something goes wrong
- Browser cache can show an old empty result. Refresh the marketplace.
- Support cannot feature a listing that is still a draft.
Open a ticket with the product URL if the editor says published and public search still cannot find it.
