How do I reset my password?

Reset your password from the Forgot password page; Jimvio emails a reset link to the address on the account.

What to do

1. Open Forgot password and enter your account email.
2. Open the reset message from Jimvio and follow the link.
3. Choose a new password and sign in with it.

Eligibility

The reset is sent only to the email stored on the account. Jimvio support cannot see or tell you your current password.

If something goes wrong

• Check spam if the message does not arrive within a few minutes.
• If you no longer control that email, open a ticket from an address you do control and explain that. Support will not change the email from the ticket text alone.

After you regain access, review recent sign-in activity and update your password again if you suspect someone else used the account.
