Shipping is part of what the buyer pays or what your margin must cover, depending on what checkout shows for that product.
What to do
- Read shipping on the product and at checkout.
- Set your selling price with that cost in mind.
- Do not promise free shipping unless checkout shows it.
Eligibility
Supplier shipping can vary by destination. The amount on the current checkout is the one that applies to that buyer.
If something goes wrong
- An old quote is not the live shipping cost.
- Hiding shipping in the product price is your choice, but checkout must still be payable.
If checkout shipping looks wrong for a supplier product, ticket the product and the amount shown.
