Shipping information is whatever the product and checkout show for that item. Jimvio does not guarantee a delivery date in Help.
What to do
- Read shipping on the product page before you pay.
- Review the checkout summary.
- After purchase, use the order for updates rather than the original estimate.
Eligibility
Seller-fulfilled and supplier-fulfilled items depend on that seller or supplier. International delivery depends on the shipping offered for the product.
If something goes wrong
- An estimate on a listing is not a promise once the order is delayed.
- Support cannot invent a courier date.
If checkout never showed shipping and the item is physical, ticket the product link before you rely on it.
