How do I sign in?

Sign in from the Jimvio login page with the email and password for your account.
What to do
- Open Sign in and enter the email on the account.
- Enter your password and submit.
- If you are sent back to login, confirm you are using the same email you registered.
Eligibility
You need an existing Jimvio account. During maintenance mode, only administrators can sign in.
If something goes wrong
- Reset the password if you do not remember it.
- If the page says the platform is in maintenance, wait and try again later unless you are an administrator.
If you cannot sign in after a password reset, use Contact Support and include the account email only.
