Are subscriptions supported?

Recurring access is supported when the product’s pricing type is recurring and you set a billing period. Access can end when the subscription expires.

What to do

1. Edit the digital product.
2. Choose recurring pricing if the form offers it.
3. Set the billing period and price.
4. Buyers renew access for that period.

Eligibility

A one-time product is not a subscription. Community memberships are a separate paid-community price. Wallet subscriptions pages exist for subscription records the wallet shows, not for every listing.

If something goes wrong

• If the form has no recurring choice, do not describe the product as a subscription.
• Expiry is the recorded period, not a guess.

Buyers who lose access should check the order and whether the period expired.
