What happens if a supplier runs out of stock?

When supplier stock is zero, the listing can stop being purchasable or the supplier can fail an order already placed.

What to do

1. Check synced stock.
2. Unpublish the listing if you do not want new orders.
3. For an existing order, read the supplier status and tell support if it failed.

Eligibility

You cannot promise a restock date. The next sync shows the supplier quantity Jimvio stored.

If something goes wrong

• Do not take a new buyer payment for an item the supplier shows as unavailable.
• Manual stock increases on a synced product are overwritten or rejected.
