How do I manage supplier availability?

Supplier availability is the stock and status the connected supplier provides. You manage whether your listing stays published.

What to do

1. Check the supplier stock on the imported product.
2. Unpublish the listing if you do not want to sell an unavailable item.
3. Re-check after sync before you publish it again.

Eligibility

You cannot force a supplier to restock. Jimvio shows the availability it last stored.

If something goes wrong

• Leaving an empty item published can create orders the supplier cannot fulfill.
• A buyer-facing “in stock” label should match the synced quantity.
