How do I update or remove a listing?

Edit a listing from seller products, or unpublish it when you no longer want buyers to order it.

What to do

1. Open seller products and select the listing.
2. Change the fields you need and save.
3. Unpublish or remove it if the product form offers that action and you want it off the marketplace.

Eligibility

Open orders are not deleted when you edit a listing. Buyers keep the order that was already placed.

If something goes wrong

• If save fails, read the validation message. Required digital files or verification can block the update.
• A removed listing can still appear in an old order.

If a listing you unpublished is still public, wait for the page to refresh and then report the URL in a ticket.
