Why does my available balance differ from my total earnings?

Available balance is what you can withdraw now. Total earnings can include pending, unpaid, or already withdrawn amounts.
What to do
- Open Wallet and compare available, pending, and historical credits.
- Open Transactions and look for pending, refund, or withdrawal rows.
- Use the available figure for a new withdrawal.
Eligibility
Affiliate commissions can remain pending until the order is confirmed. Campaign earnings are credited when the campaign records them as approved. Refunds reduce what remains.
If something goes wrong
- Adding up product prices will not match the wallet.
- A pending commission is not spendable.
If a specific credit never posts, ticket that transaction or order reference.
