What happens if a customer cancels or returns an order?

A canceled or returned order can keep the commission pending, reject it, or reverse an earning that was recorded.
What to do
- Find the commission tied to that order.
- Read whether it is still pending, rejected, or reversed.
- Adjust what you expect to withdraw to match the wallet.
Eligibility
The order outcome controls the commission. You do not keep a commission the program rejects because of a return.
If something goes wrong
- A buyer asking for a return is not the same as a recorded refund.
- Support will not restore a commission the order reversed.
Ticket the order reference if the order is completed and the commission disappeared without a status.
