Why might a commission be rejected?

A commission can be rejected when the order is canceled, returned, or not attributed to your tracked link.
What to do
- Open the commission and read its status.
- Check whether the order was refunded or canceled.
- Do not include a rejected amount in your expected balance.
Eligibility
Self-referrals, broken links, or orders that did not use your tracking may never qualify. The dashboard status is authoritative.
If something goes wrong
- Asking support to approve a rejected row does not change the order.
- A rejected commission is not a failed payout.
Ticket the commission reference only if the order was completed through your link and the status looks wrong.
