How do I find my orders?

Signed-in buyers find purchases under Orders. Storefront purchases can also appear under that store’s account orders.

What to do

1. Sign in with the same account you used at checkout.
2. Open Orders.
3. Select the order to see its status.

Eligibility

Orders belong to the account that paid. Another Jimvio user cannot see them.

If something goes wrong

• If the list is empty, confirm you are on the correct account.
• A payment that never completed will not appear as a paid order.

Use the order reference in a support ticket if the list and your payment receipt disagree.
