The checkout page lists the methods available for that order. They can include card via Flutterwave, mobile money, Binance Pay, NowPayments, and Jimvio wallet.
What to do
- Start checkout for the product.
- Read the methods actually shown.
- Pick one and finish that provider’s steps.
Eligibility
A method missing from the page is unavailable for that purchase, region, or configuration. Support cannot force a method to appear.
If something goes wrong
- If a provider window fails, return to checkout and check whether an order was created.
- Wallet payment works only when the wallet option is offered and the balance can cover the charge.
For a failed charge, open a ticket with the order reference, not your card number.
