How do refunds work for digital purchases?

A digital refund exists only when the order or payment shows it. Access may already have been granted.
What to do
- Open the order and read the payment status.
- Request a review with the order reference if you need one.
- Wait for the order to record a refund before expecting money back or access to end.
Eligibility
Digital goods that were delivered are not returned by shipping. Whether access is revoked depends on the order and any recurring expiry the product recorded.
If something goes wrong
- A ticket is not a refund.
- Do not send the file to support as proof of purchase. Send the order reference.
Sellers should watch the wallet for a reversing entry after a recorded refund.
