What file types and size limits apply?
Updated 2026-10-10
The digital product form accepts the file types and sizes it is configured to accept. A rejection message on that form is the limit that applies.
What to do
- Use the upload control on the digital product.
- If the file is rejected, read the message.
- Compress or pick a type the form lists, or use an access URL when the form allows one.
Eligibility
This help article does not invent a megabyte cap or a file-type list beyond what the form enforces. Chat attachments elsewhere are unrelated to product files.
If something goes wrong
- Renaming an unsupported file does not make it valid.
- Very large files that time out should be retried once and then reported as an upload failure.
Ticket a technical issue with the error text if a normal file the form should accept keeps failing.
