What to do
- Open Forgot password for the email you registered.
- Use the latest reset link.
- Try a private window.
- Check whether the site says it is in maintenance.
Eligibility
Support cannot look up a password. Wrong-email attempts will not show the account.
If something goes wrong
- Caps lock and saved passwords are the usual cause.
- Creating a second account hides the old wallet.
Use cannot-access-account if the email inbox is gone.
