How do I manage incoming orders?

Sellers review new orders from the seller and commerce order views.

What to do

1. Open your seller or commerce orders.
2. Select an order to see the items and buyer fulfillment details the page shows.
3. Update the status you are responsible for, such as shipped, when that control exists.

Eligibility

You only see orders for your listings. Supplier-fulfilled orders may move through the supplier connection instead of a manual ship step.

If something goes wrong

• If an order is missing, confirm it was paid. Unpaid checkouts are not ready to fulfill.
• Do not mark an order shipped before you have a real tracking number to store.

Add tracking on the order when you have it so the buyer can see it.
