How do I prepare orders for fulfillment?

Fulfill a physical order you ship yourself by preparing the item and recording shipment on the order. Digital orders grant access after payment.
What to do
- Open the paid order.
- For a self-fulfilled physical item, pack it and add the tracking number in the order tools.
- Mark it shipped or delivered only when that is true.
Eligibility
Dropshipped items are fulfilled by the connected supplier. Do not ship those yourself unless the order says you must.
If something goes wrong
- An unpaid or failed checkout should not be fulfilled.
- A digital order does not need a courier.
Buyers track whatever tracking number you store. Leave it blank until you have one.
