How do I manage inventory?

Update stock on your own listings in the product or commerce inventory tools. Supplier stock for imported products follows supplier sync.

What to do

1. Open the product or Commerce inventory.
2. Adjust the quantity for listings you fulfill yourself.
3. Save and confirm the product page no longer shows the old stock state.

Eligibility

You should not hand-edit stock that Jimvio syncs from a connected supplier such as CJ. That quantity comes from the supplier update.

If something goes wrong

• A product can be hidden when stock is zero.
• If sync looks stale, check the supplier connection before changing the number manually.
