Why has a payout failed?
Updated 2026-10-10
A payout fails when the wallet or provider records a failure for that withdrawal. The wallet status is the result.
What to do
- Open the withdrawal and read the failure status.
- Check that the payout method details are the ones you intended.
- Submit a new request only if the failed one is closed and the balance is available again.
Eligibility
Common causes are a rejected destination or a provider decline. Support can investigate the reference. Support cannot see your password or full card number, and you should not send those.
If something goes wrong
- Do not edit a payout method by sending account numbers in a public form if the wallet already has a method editor.
- A failed payout is not automatically retried unless the wallet shows a new attempt.
Include the withdrawal reference and the method type, not the full account number, in a ticket.
