How do I request an eligible payout?

Request a withdrawal from Wallet after the amount is available and a payout method is saved.
What to do
- Open Wallet and confirm the available balance.
- Open Withdrawals or payout methods and choose bank transfer, mobile money, cryptocurrency, or Binance ID if that method is listed.
- Submit the request and keep the withdrawal reference.
- Read the processing note on the method you selected. That note is the status guidance Jimvio shows.
Eligibility
Pending earnings cannot be withdrawn. Verification can be required before a payout method or withdrawal is accepted. Submitting the form does not mean the money has arrived.
If something goes wrong
- If the action is disabled, the page will usually say the balance is unavailable or a requirement is missing.
- Sending a second request for the same funds can create a duplicate. Check the existing withdrawal first.
If the status stays failed, use the failed payout article and include the withdrawal reference.
